Refund policy
CANCELLATION
If for any reason an order needs to be cancelled and refunded, please contact Snowbloom as soon as possible.
Cancellation of orders must be made at least 24 hours prior to delivery date. We cannot accept cancellations once the order has left our premises. Once an order has been cancelled, a $15 cancellation fee applies.
If you cancel on the day of delivery, provided the order is not already on board with the courier or has not already been delivered, you will be charged 50% of the total amount of the order. The remaining 50% of order total will be returned to your account.

RE-DELIVERY
If a delivery has been attempted unsuccessfully and requires a second or subsequent delivery to be made (eg. You have provided us with an incorrect address) a $15 redelivery fee will apply. If Snowbloom is in any way responsible for the redelivery, this redelivery fee will not apply.
RETURN&REPLACEMENTS
Unfortunately, Fresh flower cannot be returned. Replacements may be provided where quality is not to our regular standards or in extenuating circumstances.
Any dissatisfaction with our product/s must be communicated to us within two business days of delivery. Call 0415 522 214 or email snowbloom.sydney@gmail.com.
Any dissatisfaction with our product/s, you will be asked to provide a photo of the flowers so that we can assess what might have gone wrong.
REFUNDS
Any refunds for online or over the phone orders will be processed immediately and are credited back to the original credit card on which the order was purchased. It may take approximately 5-7 business days for this to show on your statement.
Snowbloom does not refund for change of mind.
If we cannot deliver a product for any reason, we will arrange for a full refund of the purchase price including shipping costs.
In the unfortunate event that an item has been damaged through the delivery process, Snowbloom will redelivery with the same arrangement you ordered, this redelivery fee will not apply.
